（中央社記者曹宇帆洛杉磯6日專電）2004年美國第40任總統雷根辭世，安葬加州錫米谷（Simi Valley）雷根總統圖書館，他的妻子南西雷根今晨辭世，也將下葬雷根總統圖書館，與摯愛相伴永遠長眠。
美國共有12個總統圖書館，柯林頓總統圖書館最具規模，其次就是雷根總統圖書館（Ronald ReaganPresidential Library）了。
這座圖書館占地達15萬3000平方呎，因雷根是美國第40任總統，圖書館的聯水塔濾水器外道路就是40號總統路。
穿過圖書館的主建築，迎面而來就是視野遼闊的山谷，加上加州終年陽光普照，山谷綠地與豔陽相互輝映，心曠神怡很療癒，像是電影裡才有的忘憂谷。
雷根的墓園在這塊展抱山谷綠地的左邊，墓碑雋刻著他在1991年留下，足以萬古流芳的佳言：「我打從內心相信人性本善，真理終將獲得勝利，每個生命都有其存在的理由和價值」。
南西雷根辦公室發言人德瑞克（Joanne Drake）發表聲明說，舉行南西雷根葬禮前，將安排適當機會供社會大眾到雷根圖書館致意，具體細節再行公布。
雷根總統圖書館不僅景色宜人，館藏豐富更是不容錯過。
當中最吸睛的珍藏，必定不能錯過空軍一號館（Air Force one Pavilion）。全館面積9萬平方呎，幾乎是整個圖書館面積的2/3，停放1架自1973年至2001年，曾服務6位美國總統的波音707版「空軍一號」。
而波音707旁的總統專用直升機「陸戰隊一號」（Marine one），平日都是透過電視新聞畫面，看著美國總統搭乘它飛到大衛營（Camp David），或飛往安德魯空軍基地（Andrews AFB）。
離開空軍一號館往教學大樓經過草皮，擺放2006年退役的F-14雄貓式戰鬥機。
這是紀念1981年8月18日，雷根任內兩架自尼米茲號（USS Nimitz）航空母艦起飛的F-14戰機，擊落利比亞的俄製蘇愷22（SU-22）戰機，不過目前展示的是同型機種。
此外，1987年雷根訪問德國柏林，在布蘭登堡廣場前演說時，呼籲當時蘇聯領導人戈巴契夫「推倒這堵牆」（Tear Down This Wall），兩年後，阻絕東德人民投奔自由的柏林圍牆（Berlin Wall）終於被民主浪潮推倒。
因此在圖書館的雷根墓園一角，陳設柏林圍牆遺跡，紀念這位當年振臂一呼、鼓舞了東西柏林德國民眾的世界級領袖。1050307
